Last week, FHFA’s embattled Office of the Inspector General (OIG) released a report some characterized as a blast against Director Watt.  There’s little new in this report other than the bad taste it’s surely designed to leave in Congress’s mouth, but it’s notable how well the OIG thinks FHFA has done for the Home Loan Banks versus all the scorn heaped on its Fannie/Freddie supervisory work.
