Late last week, FHFA released its final strategic plan for Fannie, Freddie and the FHLBs, doing so after a request for views (not made public) earlier this year. We have reviewed the forward-looking plan, but see few specifics in it that alter the course FHFA has set for the conservatorships or the policy dictating supervision of the FHLBs.
