Although it’s premature to call today’s market anything more than alarming, it’s alarming enough to remind one of 2008’s debacle. That of course was more than uncomfortable even though the Federal Reserve then had essentially unlimited powers and Congress quickly stepped in with additional authority along with fiscal stimulus.
