For a hearing with non-governmental witnesses, Senate Banking’s members filled both sides of the dais today to consider FHA’s parlous condition. Sure looks like an FHA-reform bill of considerable proportions is in the works, with a GSE rewrite tagging far behind, but not forgotten.
