The Fed Doesn’t Need a New Mandate to Address Racial Justice
By Karen Petrou
Does the Federal Reserve need a “new racial justice mission”? Congressional Democrats introduced legislation this month to give the Fed a mandate to ensure racial and ethnic equality.
